To be considered for this position, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate.
Diploma in Registered Nursing.
Advanced Diploma in Critical Care Nursing and Advanced Diploma in Midwifery will be an added advantage.
Registered with the Nursing Council of Zambia.
Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
The successful candidate must be result oriented and have the ability to work with own initiative, ability to understand scope of work, paying particular attention to Company policies and Corporate objectives.
